Absolutely the worst! I took my car in the beginning of May, and they said it'd be done by the end of the month. Juan assured me he'd call to update me twice a week with my vehicle's status, but after the first call, I had never heard back from him. I called several times, always being told he would call me back, but he did not call with any updates at all. On the last week of May, I was told that my car was still set to be done for the 30th. Later that week, they said it was pushed back, but had no idea how much longer. I told them I needed it before the 10th because I needed to move out of my apartment and move back up to the bay area before my lease kicked me out. He said it would not be a problem, but I did not get it back until the week after my move-out date, and the last week I was constantly calling about my car, always being told someone would call me back. I was not able to start my new job on time. Terrible service, would never go back or recommend.
