Bad experience recently with this shop. I was referred by my Ins. Co. My first clue was Juan telling me my vehicle looked well, not good or great but well! Black specks all over tire well trim. Juan's response was, "" we're not perfect."" A new plastic bed liner trim was replaced, which was defective. It took me almost a month later to get a good one. I had to do all of the leg work myself through Toyota. I still have overspray on the bedliner which Peter the GM has not been helpfull with. And now I do not trust their work. They say they will call you back and they don't. This is not a business to go to if your looking for a responsible, detailed, professional autobody shop to work on your vehicle. Do not let the nice office with flat screen tv fool you! The worst!!
