If you're fixing your car on the upper east side, then price isn't your big concern. These guys are expensive like every other local shop, but the service is horrible. They put a deep gash in the hood of my car about two by two inches. When I pointed it out the manager lied to my face about how his guys ""don't do that"". Beyond that, both the inside and outside of the car were left filthy, with grease on the steering wheel and upholstery. I went to these guys looking for a cheaper alternative and learned a serious lesson. If you want really great service on the upper east side, go to either Sports & Classics on east 73rd, they are fantastic, or use Autobahn on east 91st street.
