Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information for the author is listed on the page, we recommend that you work directly with this person to have the content in question removed or changed.

Do yourself a favor, and do not conduct business with Baby's First Images. I had an appointment scheduled at the Kennesaw location and was phoned less than 24 hours in advance by Baby's First Images to inform me that their tech was sick and they would need to reschedule my appointment. These things happen and I was understanding. Before my rescheduled appointment, my child became ill and I phoned Baby's First Images with AMPLE time to inform them that I would need to reschedule my appointment, less they would like me to spread germs to all their employees and customers. I requested that they return my call. I received NO phone call back from them as requested. Instead, I immediately received a ""No-Show Fee"" from them in the amount of $50, which they were unwilling to refund. This is very poor customer service and I would never want to engage in any sort of business with a company that has no respect for their clients, nor should you. Go elsewhere please!
