Review content:
Some friends and I had dinner at Laurel last weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was pretty busy (this was 7 pm on a Saturday night,) so there was a wait, but it gave us the opportunity to have a couple of drinks at the welcoming bar with the very friendly, very skilled bartender. When our table was ready, we received attentive service and the waitstaff was accomodating to our one friend who was vegetarian, and one friend that had a few special requests when ordering. We started off with the lobster, spinach and artichoke dip and were thrilled by this innovative twist on spinach/artichoke dip. Really good stuff.
Pros: ambience, bar & bartenders, entrees & vegetarian fare
Cons: parking
