Review content:
I had a major emergency at my home, with raw sewerage backing up into my shower and toilet. There was a severe blockage of the sewer line from my home to the street. Two plumbing contractors and a City Public Works employee recommended Dick Cooper of Cooper Associates to do the excavation and pipe replacement. Dick and two employees showed up right on time and got to work. They took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand and were very professional, yet personable and friendly. They knew and worked closely with the utilites to be sure they were ""digging safe."" They made quick work of the job and offered advice regarding other possible future repair work. I couldn't have asked for a better contractor for the job of restoring the basic and necessary use of my toilet and shower. I highly recommend Dick Cooper & Cooper Associates for all jobs, big and small. Thank you Dick, John, and Larry for all of your hard work!
