Review content:
while shopping for new a/c unit we came across this company, which was willing to install a new unit for a little under three grand. At the time we thought it was a great deal but soon learned otherwise.
The owner of the company- senior- was and still is very rude and unprofessional. We had trouble from the get go with their job. A/C would trip the breaker constantly and after 3 trips to come and check it out and 2 wrong diagnoses. My husband and I had to wire our own unit so that it would work finally...
The first call to our home to check the unit was very unprofessional..He didnt knock- he saw me in our kitchen threw the door and just walked in and proceeded to tell me what he was not going to do and then had the nerve to tell me I can go a little longer without the unit working...Second call was the same very unpleasent- told us to change a breaker to fix the problem and it wasnt the breaker that was wrong..
Third time was the same. He was blunt to say what he wouldnt do and even went as far as to say he would show up when ever it was convient for him. This is a brand new unit fully under warranty. Sadly he is quick to take money but not quick to do his job. If we could go back, we WOULD NOT purchase anything from this old man and have since signed a contract with his competition. A word of advice: Spend a little more money with another company and feel secure that when something goes wrong they will be there to honor their work because this company will not...
