Review content:
Renting from CRMC in East Lansing was the only thing I regret in my college career. If you don't read the lease carefully, you mine as well go broke. These guys will rid you of every last cent you have. They charge you for ridiculous things. Good luck getting any money in your security deposit back even if you have the cleanest house in East Lansing.
They love taking advantage of college students and are not helpful when there is a problem in the house. This year we had a safety issue and it was handled very poorly by CRMC. There was also a maintenance man that stormed in all the time and loved picking arguments with the tenants.
Think before you sign.
