I have been to this Fridays location on several occasions with my family and with larger groups. When its just me the hubby and the kids, I found that service was wonderful. When I went with some co-workers for lunch service was crappy!! And, when I hosted my monthly girls night there in April, the service was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The waitress was predictably absent-minded when it came to making sure we had beverages. Our orders were screwed up where one persons food was on another persons plate. Then Miss Overwhelmed Waitress got quite attentive after the check came. Why is it that during your meal the wait staff disappears but, when the check comes they hover around you like youre best friends? I would not recommend this location for parties over lets say FOUR!!! We will definitely not be returning to the White Marsh location anytime in the future!
