Review content:
I live a block away from this office and after reading all the reviews I decided to go ahead and give it a try. DON'T DO IT. The office is absolutely maddening and although Tiffany was great she is not worth the suffering you have to endure just to see her. Nobody in the office is nice. It is a machine that just wants your money. Even calling back for results is frustrating. I was also surprised that they want you to write out your credit card information on a form so they can keep it in your file. When I refused, they charged me more and said they would refund my card when the insurance was processed. I'm still trying to get my test results and refund. Whatever happened to customer service? I wanted it to work out because it is so convenient. Too bad.
Pros: Tiffany was very nice
Cons: To get to Tiffany you have to deal with the office staff
