While the doctor's are good enough, the staff is horrible. THREE MAIN REASONS NOT TO GO HERE:
1) Recently when rescheduling an appt, the receptionist neglected to remind me of the $100 cancellation fee they'd penalize me with. When I complained later that I wasn't reminded of it, the gen. administrator complained about not making enough money, then rolled her eyes at me and insisted that they told me.
2) Staff ASSURED me my birth control perscription would be called in on a Friday. It wasn't, so I went the weekend without starting it.
3) Called the Nurse Hotline at 6pm one night with a UTI. My call was returned almost FOUR HOURS later. I was in so much pain by then I could hardly get to the pharmacy.
The attitude and practice of the staff is horrendous. Find another place!
