Review content:
As a physician myself, I know and understand how physicians should behave. I have been a patient at Murray Hill OB/GYN (Dr. Ilene Fischer specifically) and feel compelled to let others know to avoid this clinic. I have been extremely disappointed with Dr. Fischer and the generally rude/abrupt staff. Dr. Fischer needs some serious work on her bedside manner. She does not respond to questions in an appropriate manner, shows no compassion, and lacks in empathy. From personal experience, in medical school we are taught that patients most value kind doctors that answer questions and behave in a compassionate way. It is not always just pure knowledge that makes one a ""good doctor"". I do hope that someone in the practice takes note of this. And I do hope Ilene Fischer takes this into account-from one physician to another. Please change your attitude. Cons: Poor bedside manner
