Review content:
My wife & I used to enjoy the Sunset Grill Bistro food, service, and atmosphere. But... oh my goodness -- what happened? Its' under new management and it shows! The service is substandard in their mannerism's (we used to be greeted, now we have to wave at someone while waiting to be seated, they reach across the tables, and clean while at the same time touching your plates/serving the food), the cleanliness is substandard (dust hanging from ceiling fans, etc.), the atmosphere has significantly deminished (broken window blinds, bird waste all over the outside umbrella's, etc.), the menu has changed, and what really hurts is that the food quality is equalling the new managements care of what used to be ""a great resteraunt"". We understand that the entire old crew of workers/waiters aren't part of the ""new plan"" and their absence is obvious. We never minded paying to eat at Sunset Grill but now, forget it! Its amazing how much leadership can build or break people and things (like a resteraunt). You can't call that Sunset Grill anymore (for the money -- its at best a 3)!
