Review content:
I just moved to town and needed my highlights touched up. I didn't want anything drastic. I told the stylist that i loved the color of my hair, but it was just a tad too heavy. We agreed that a few low lights should be added, along with highlights. Although Zach was very nice, my hair color was TERRIBLE!!! The golden brown/blonde hair i use to have is now a dark brown/black/grey color! The only thing good left is the hair he didn't color. When I expressed my concerns, he tried to convince me that it was great and that i would get use to it and like it! I tried to get a refund on the partial hair color, but they refused. I was told I could come back in and have Zach fix the color, but there was no way I was about to let him touch my hair again! I now have to spend ANOTHER $150 to fix his mistake!
