My first view is, its is located in a strip mall, so it looked kinda dubious to me...anyway, I walk in for my apt. I look around I notice that this place is either under renovation or its just poorly maintained. The patients rooms are unclean and has poor infrastructure, it looks like an operation in someone's basement. Anyway, as soon I was escorted in to the patients room, the hygienist starts selling me all kinds of treatments that I don't necessarily need. This is even before i open my mouth. The she went on trying to sell me all kinds of X-ray procedures, in the end i did get two kinds of x-rays and I don't understand why i needed them both, i was pressured into it....anyway, when the dentist arrived, she started making all these claims about my teeth, how am so close in getting gingivitis and blah blah...so natually i get concerned and I seek treatment, it turns out the treatment I got was nothing better than a regular clean up, they just create hype about our teeth and pressure you into buying extra services not covered thru ur insurance. Even as I walk out of the office they try to sell me one of their pathetic Sonic-care toothbrushes, this was getting ridiculous. By the way watch out for your final receipt, i have noticed they have either intentionally or carelessly made mistakes on the services that you owe, so please look over itemized bill before paying. Finally when i went back on my follow up I was told that i need to do a oral cancer check, and I am like as long it is free then i don't mind, the hygienist said nothing is free here, well then i replied if its not covered by my insurnace don't offer me anything. That shut her up for the rest of my clean-up. Coast dental seems to have a monopoly in certain areas, so its going to get tough for me to find a Reputable and an Honest place.....but I think i will search hard to find one.....thats all for now.....i hope i made my point...
