This station is convenient for me. Eric always gives a detailed explanation prior to work being done. Have spoken with mechanic myself for further understanding. Prices were comparable to dealership, certified parts used and vehicle was repaired. When there was a problem a week later, they worked with me to figure it out and they said they learned something new about my vehicle that will help others. This is not a bargain shop and you get what you pay for. Should offer more specials to regular customers. They have serviced three cars for me and all were repaired excellently.
Pros: Very organized, clear explanations prior to commitment
Cons: Prices equal to or higher than dealership
