Don't buy your sewing machine here! They're a bunch of liars! This company sold me a Juki industrial sewing machine, model 8300N. When asked they insisted (many times) this model was made in Japan, but is in fact an inferior model NOT recognized by Juki and made in China, not Japan. Also, the machine they sold me was not brand new as they claimed, but a used storeroom model!! They are falsely advertising (or just plain lying) about their products. In addition they overcharged me the cost of an 8300N by $55. I've had to get this machine repaired numerous times! I found this out TOO LATE! I checked online and there is only one authorized Juki dealer in NYC, ""City Sewing"" and they informed me that my machine is an inferior model, definitely made in China! I paid a lot of money for what I hoped to be a good machine, but now I just have heartache! I want to save you the trouble and not give these con men your business! I've already put in a Consumer Complaint Form to the DCA.
