UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. We made arrangements to have a Memorial Service for my brother at this funeral home. We went to sign a contract and picked a chapel that we wanted to have the service in. When the day of the Memorial Service was scheduled and we arrived, someone else's coffin was in the chapel that we chose. When we inquired of the mix up, we were told we had the chapel next door. As we went to review the contract we noticed that someone had clearly used Wite-Out to cover up the letter C (the chapel we chose) and put a D next to it. Unacceptable. The employee Johnny was very dismissive and aloof. We had to had the service as our guest were arriving. We even had to bring more chairs in from the Chapel next door as there was an insufficient amount and the room was not wide enough as the one we requested. After the service we went to express our disappointment and was told my Johnny ""Well you had the memorial service, didn't you?"". How dismissive and rude. The point was we picked a room that we wanted and was prepared to pay for that that what we expected. If there was a change, give us a call, not deceptively Wite-Out the contract as if nothing was ever in writing or confirmed. To make matters worse, there was never even an apology or acknowledgement of the ""error"". At a time of grief, no family should have deal with this type of unprofessional, un-compassionate
