Since one star was the lowest rating available to give on this review I was forced to give this company at least one star. I will say that should we have known exactly what we know now about this company, as much as we like the house we rented and our landlord, we would have run the other way as fast as possible! Rude doesn't even begin to describe the people in this company. They do not return calls in a timely manner, they are less then caring and concerned about the well being of renters and act as if they are doing YOU a favor if they bring paperwork to you. No matter how much we like our rental, the landlord and neighborhood, when our lease has ended we will be moving just so we do not have to deal any longer with this property management company. If you are considering rentals in this area, do yourselves a favor, with as many available homes for rent, go to any other company then this one!
