Review content:
This cracker barrel has improved substantially since our last visit a few weeks ago. Last time, our food sat in the window for awhile without being brought to the table, and the food itself wasn't seasoned like it is usually. The service that SAT. of our last visit left a lot to be desired. We decided to try this store again after not coming to this store and frequenting IHOP instead. Even though the wait was a little long after church, the restaurant got back on an even keel, and we received our food not even 5 minutes after we ordered it. This was much appreciated, considering we waited longer than our quoted wait time to be seated. Other people quipped on their way out the door to me that the wait here is usually like 2 hours long on a Sunday.
Pros: Your kitchen staff is doing a good job holding the restaurant together when busy.
Cons: Your serving staff needs a major attitude adjustment... not all the servers are this way, though.
