Review content:
I've only been here about 6 months, but it's been great!
First off, they DO run a full background and credit check.
I personally paid for them. I'm glad they do this. It helps to keep out some of the bad element. The crew is out daily (6 days a week) cleaning, sweeping, etc. The manager is also onsite 6 days a week, and help is available 24/7. They have a great heated pool, a gym with quite a bit of equipment, and a clubhouse that has games, movies, hobbies for the kids. A safe, supervised place for them to hang out. They always have some sort of activity going on, with many holiday activities too. By the way, all are free for residents! Including food and drinks! Don't believe alot of the negative comments, come by, ask the Corrine (mgr) if you can look around and see for yourself. I have one ignorant neighbor who
plays his radio loud, but bad neighbors are all over. And yes, there are rules that need to be followed, BUT, you are told what they are BEFORE you move in. This also helps keep the place from turning into a ghetto like most other parks. Bottom line, come see for yourself!
