I'm sorry, truemargaritalover, but were you sitting at our table when we were rudely addressed with no provocation by two different members of the Florencia 13 staff? Oh, and yes my ""insecure, mentally unstable and equally pugnacious posse who will never be pleased"" always enters a restaurant looking for a good fight - really? We have a bit more going on in our lives than that! I have to wonder if you perhaps work at Florencia with the critique you gave my review!! You really took it a little too personally...isn't this a medium where consumers are able to give their honest opinion? Oh, and if a restaurant posts their information, shouldn't they be prepared for a dose of honesty? If someone like you feels the need to stand up for an establishment and a staff like that, then I hope I NEVER meet you! YES...on a Friday night it was only 1/4 full when we got there! If you had been there when we arrrived (as you may remember it was a rainy night and it really didn't start to fill up until 8:30 - we were there BEFORE that!) you might actually have a leg to stand on! Yes, my friend got incensed but ONLY after we were treated rudely time after time after time! YOU need to up your standards, truemargaritalover! Maybe if you ever ate anywhere other than Florencia you would understand what true customer service really is!
