Businiess name:  Dominic E. Capeci - Kaiser & Capeci

Review content:
OK this is the deal in a nutshell. Clients who always go to Kaiser and Capeci are immigrants who are in legal trouble with the USCIS. Kaisier and Capeci know that fact and take advantage of this matter. You are welcome with a smile if you are a new client. Once you sign the retainer contract?good luck?you will never talk to the attorneys. You are lucky if you are able to talk to the ?new? paralegal of the month?these paralegals are always leaving the firm due to bad working conditions. Therefore, every time you call in and ask about your case, you MUST explain all over again your case to the new flavor of the month. Dominic Capeci is not an attorney in California. He is an attorney from another State?he can practice immigration law in California because Immigration is a federal law, but honestly, he is not an easy person to deal with. He is good as an attorney. He knows the law, but his temper is really HOT. Furthermore, he is very mean with the clients and he lacks of personal delicates with people?s feeling. The other attorneys are a joke too. They know the law. They will do the best for you. They are good?don?t get me wrong on that?but they have an ego that is bigger than their chest. Therefore, you are very welcome to deal with them, but remember you must bite your tongue and deal with this lack of personal contact from them. Other than that, they are good as attorneys. Pros: Good, close to USCIS Cons: bad temper
