I have lived in Arborwood for 2 years now and have been impressed with the community here as well as the dog-friendly environment. Howard Heuston dog park is a 1 minute walk from the condos, and you will often see your friends and neighbors romping in the park on nice days. The downside: Mike the maintenance guy. Unit owners are responsible for the repairs in each condo, so technically you would not have to ask Mike for anything, but he will follow you around like a lost puppy, filling you in on his mundane life and going so far as following you to your front door step before having the door shut. Also - don't divulge any details to this guy! He will invariably tell anyone who will listen in the complex about you, filling in his own details where they lack. There is another maintenance manager - Luis, who is wonderful. I appreciate him and enjoy talking to him as he is professional and polite. My overall experience of Arborwood is positive - outside of this guy.
