Review content:
Much of the finances are kept secret. The individual salaries and benefit packages of the staff and pastors is not divulged to the members. Even the so called finance team is denied this information. Only a select few make these decisions. This elitist behavior should have no place in any church that claims their finances are an ""open book"". This leadership style is insulting to me. They serve great coffee though...
