Review content:
Visited this chain restaurant and twice had breakfast over the past two weeks with three to six other diners. The food was inconsistent (different sized portions), slightly above average in taste, although reasonably priced. On one occasion the wait was unbearable; on the other, relatively quick. Service was unfriendly and surprisingly arrogant. On both visits, coffee cup sleeves were nowhere to be found and had to be retrieved from ""storage"". (As it turns out, this is actually the restaurant's policy!) On one occasion, there were no knives or forks at the ""get your own utensils"" counter (we were told we'd have to wait for them to be washed). On one visit, I ordered a panini sandwich that was served on regular bread. (Yep.) On both visits, I had to remind the server they were short one coffee. One of our fellow diners loves their homemade oatmeal but has literally given up trying to get them to hold the cranberry and almond toppings. My conclusion about this particular restaurant (mostly not representative of the chain) is that they do ample business and show no interest in improving things or even addressing and resolving simple problems.
Pros: Reasonably priced; food served occasionally matches order
Cons: Service (lack of concern; can't get any closer to actually being self-service; follow your herd instincts)
