Review content:
So sorry your visit was not up to your expectations. And I was a customer on the day of your appointment, so I overheard what was going on throughout the entire appointment. And I was taken aback by your mannerisms, actuallly. I have had my hair done at SoHo for years and have never had a complaint. And when I have brought in a picture I have always explained what I DO and DO NOT like about the picture. And there have been times before I went to soho that I wasn't happy with my services, but when My Expectations were not met, and someone offered to fix it for me was I never as rude as you were!! And of course your second appointment was great because you gave your stylist enough detail about what you wanted and didn't want on your second visit, unlike your first appointment, because I was getting a haircut 1 chair away from you, and when your stylist was trying to get details about what you did and didn't like you kept referring back to the picture more than telling her the parts and pieces you did and did not like. And like the person before me said, not every stylist is right for every person, so glad you found the right one for you.
