Absolute came on a recommendation from another site. After having been stood up for an appointment by another company, given a two day wait by yet another, and reaching a machine on a third. I searched our local City Search site and found Absolute had received some very favorable reviews. I called Absolute and they scheduled an appointment for later that day. The service technician arrived five minutes early, stayed for just over an hour and in the end, helped me decide to forgo further repair on this appliance. After being asked for a recommendation, he offer a bit of advice on what brands and model types were most dependable. When it was all said and done, he cleaned up the area, left the appliance working better than it had when he arrived and charged only a minimal service charge (about 1/2 of what I expected to pay for just an estimate)! I highly recommend Absolute Appliance Repair and will certainly put them at the top of our call list.
