My husband and I have been members of the White Dragon School in El Cajon since 2001, and we have loved every minute of it. Sifu Ferriera instills an environment where learning is physically and mentally challenging, but safe, fun and thoroughly enjoyable. The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, while encouraging the best from their students. This is a place where strength, flexibility, and stamina are gained through a wide variety of classes and private lessons that culminate in learning a healthy lifestyle and self defense skill set. Friendships are born here, and become rich with shared experiences. We feel very fortunate to have become part of the White Dragon Family of El Cajon.
Pros: Thumbs up! Well lit in the evening, clean, and inviting.
