wow, I had the same experience as Ron. It has been months that I have been trying to cancel my account. I even sent them my government issued ID and they said it had expired, even though it doesn't expire for another 4 years. I informed them of this and threatened that I contact my attorney. They claimed they misspoke. I called the DBP number on their website...and low and behold it went directly to Godaddy. I'm glad ""John"" from the previous post was able to help....but something tells me Godaddy is in on this scam.
