My evaporative cooler went out and I called this company at 9 AM. They told me they would get someone out to look at it. I told them that I had already looked at the unit and I told them that I needed new bearings. Late in the day they called to tell me that they would not make it on that day but that they would be out the next afternoon. I left work early to be there and thsy finally showed up at 5 pm. After working on the unit for an hour they told me that it needed new bearings and that unfortunately they didn't have any on the truck. They would need to reschedule. The earliest they could come back was 5 days later. So I rescheduled. At that time they told me that it would be $275 to replace the 2 bearings at $10 per bearing. When they didn't show up at the appointed time I called them and they told me that they had put my appointment on hold because I was not happy with the price. I explained that the price WAS too high, but I needed service today because I took the day off to be here. They then told me that They could not come back for another 7 days. I will not be paying them and am considering charging them for the money that I lost by not going to work!!
