Review content:
While the services at this salon are no better or worse than the dozen others within walking distance, don't go if you're expecting any polite service. The manager is more concerned with herself than with the customers. I accidentally knocked over a bottle of polish that broke and spilled. She freaked over whether it splattered HER pants, not taking me or any other customer into consideration. After taking care of herself she sullenly and slowly cleaned up, leaving me standing there embarassed until finally one of the workers asked me to be seated. Even if I'd done more than break a $5 bottle of polish, as a customer I didn't deserve to be treated like a child being punished. I'll gladly walk a couple extra blocks to Romy's Nails where they know how to treat a customer.
