I think people really expect a lot out of waitors and waitresses. So often I see people getting SOOO angry when the server isn't right there with their wine or water. What is the point of going out to dinner if you're going to be a total basket case with stress? Relax, enjoy yourself and enjoy the fact that things are slower paced. It's probably why French people as a whole have fewer heart problems! They can chill out! I went there this past Friday and I had no problems with the service...they took my order, brought my food and had a smile on. What else do I need? And the food was great. I TOTALLY recommend the goat cheese tart. Pure SIN but oh so delicious.
