Review content:
Today's Business is about Customer Service... Auto Addictions and Jack Williams tire has none. I took my Brand New wheels to be dismounted at an agreed upon price. Not only did they charge me more than agreed $~115 to dismount 4 tires (yikes), but they damaged 3 of the 4 wheels. Then the manager Ray had the audacity to blame me and say they were that way when he got them. Duh... Did I mention they were BRAND NEW? I also ""waxed"" the wheels before I brought them to you and know every square inch.... so, I don't think so guys. He gave me a huge attitude about it all, and then refused to install the expensive tires I ordered from him. VERY POOR Customer Service guys. It's a small town and word gets around. I'm in the service industry and in these economic times we do whatever it takes to earn and keep a customer.
Pros: In town location
Cons: Horrible customer service and expensive, too
