My family and I had been to this restaurant about a year ago and had a great experience. The food was good and the service friendly. A year later, much has changed! I'm wondering if it is under new management. My family and I was part of a large group of people (many from out of state). When we got to the restaurant there was no hostess. We joined our party and we were greeted by an absolutely horrible server. He was so rude, short, and snappy. We waited 20 minutes for bread and only got it when we asked for it, we asked to have the server start at the other end of the table to take orders and he demanded that we ordered right then. Additionally, he knew next to nothing about the menu and was clearly frustrated when we were asking questions about the different menu options. He tried to be funny with rude, sarcastic comments. He included gratuity on the check which I'm sure contributed to his bad attitude. He knew he would be getting a good tip regardless of the quality of service. Having worked in the service industry, I was honestly appalled by how we were being treated. Our server clearly does not enjoy what he does and his lack of enthusiasm created a very hostile dining environment and horrible dining experience. I will for sure never be back, and neither will the other 14 members of our party. Pros: Decor, Cons: Service, food quality, drinks
