Foster-Premier is a terrible management company. I live in the Easton Park subdivision in Carol Stream. While the builders were here, they took care of the lawns, landscaping, rule enforcement and did a decent job. Since the builders have left, the common grass in front of my house has not been watered once. There is dead grass and bare spots in common areas. There was no mulch spread into the landscaping this year. In July the leaves are falling from the trees from not being watered. We have complained and have not had our calls returned. In the winter the snow sits until it becomes ice and they do nothing to fix the problem even though they cash our checks all winter. I moved into a townhouse community with a management company to avoid snow/ice removal and landscaping. Once again, they are terrible!
Pros: No Pros to speak of! 1 star is too many!
Cons: poor work, no follow-through, expensive assesment no results
