It is no wonder that the most recent reviews have come back with such disdain for this group of rude, obnoxious, lazy individuals (the women in the office). They are nothing but all about the money. They have made purchasing a condominium in one of their association a NIGHTMARE. We have been trying to obtain documents regarding Summit Enclave and they CONTINUOUSLY want money (cash in hand) for each individual thing they send or give you and then don't produce like they say. There was a particular form that needed to be completed (for my mortgage co.) and the charge was $50...taking 4 days to complete...if same day then $100. Sent them $100....""will try and get it done today"". Now more money for more documents. ridiculous. Oh, and they are quite well versed on hanging up on you. THAT they do well.
Cons: WAY TOO MANY TO LIST!!!!!!!
