I think Foster Premier has done an excellent job at the condo where I live. The manager returns my calls quickly and they run meetings with the board & residents. I wasn't thrilled when my association fees were raised, but they showed us how costs were rising & gave us the option to cut services. I would recommend this management company and I think the association board should listen to their advice.
