I need a copy of an approval faxed to me. The lady rarely answers the phone, or is constantly out of the office. No one else wants to get off their butt to simply fax it. Ask for an e-mail address and you get sent to their voicemail? The minute the operator sees the opportunity to pass you off to voice mail she has done it before you even finish your sentence.
