Review content:
This surgical center came highly remommended by many friends and co-workers. I found the staff to be rude and unfriendly. Even when I tried to schedule an appointment the woman on the phone acted as if she was doing me a favor. The wait time was nearly 30 minutes and when I asked how much longer I would have to wait I was given the answer, ""when the doctor is ready!"" I ended up waiting a total of 40 minutes. When I saw the doctor I was shocked that this is a guy that is doing hair transplants because he hardly had any hair himself! Not very convincing if the treatement isn't good enough for the doctor. When I asked him why he hadn't had the procedure done his arrogant response was, ""Because I cannot do it on myself!""
I will not be having my hair transplant at this place!
Pros: good parking, nice ofc. atmosphere
Cons: rude staff, long wait, arrogant doctor
