Jenna at Brocato's has been highlighting and cutting my hair for almost a year. She was referred by my sister, who raved, and suggested that I make an appointment. I was looking for someone new anyway?..She listens and provides exactly what I ask for. I used to prefer saran for highlights. Jenna was the first to achieve the same ""closeness"" with foil. My cut is basic; however, stylists in other places have screwed it up. I am always pleased with her cut and blow-dry. She is very sweet and seems to always be in a good mood. At times, I am not one to be chatty in the chair. If I am not talking, she is not bothered. She goes about her business. This is a plus for me. My 14 year old daughter has beautiful, thick, slightly wavy hair that most girls would die for. She hates it of course. Jenna has cut it twice and she is the only stylist my daughter says makes her like her hair! Gotta love that, since it is so hard to please a 14 year old girl. We have both had great experiences with Jenna and will highly recommend her to anyone. With its friendly environment, competitive prices and stylists like Jenna, Brocato?s is a great place to go.
