MY TRUCK WAS TOWED SHORTLY AFTER ARRIVING AT THE APPARTMENT COMPLEX THAT MY FAMILY LIVES IN. I WAS IN TOWN FOR THE THANKSGIVING HOLLIDAY WEEKEND. THAT NIGHT I WAS UNAWARE OF REQUIRED PARKING PERMIT. AND THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND. SO THERE WAS NO AVAILABE PARKING PERMIT. MY TRUCK WAS TOWED AND I WAS STRANDED IN THE RAIN ON A HOLLIDAY. AFTER EXPLAINING THE SITUATION TO JACK'S TOWING THRY DEMANDED $135 CASH ONLY. AND THEN HAD TO HAVE FAMILY DRIVE ME TO NORFOLK ON A HOLLIDAY WEEKEND AND ALSO HAD TO PAY $135. THE TRUCK SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOWED IN THE FIRST PLACE. JACK'S TOWING WAS NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THEY WERE RUDE AND USED FOUL LANGUAGE AT ME IN FRONT OF MY KIDS. JACK'S TOWING RUINED THE THANKSGIVING HOLLIDAY FOR ME AND MY KIDS.
