I can't tell you how frustrated I am with this company. Yes they do have a pretty decent workshop. However, they are not professional and not reliable at all! I 7 hours away from NYC so when I plan a trip to the city it is a lot of work. After scheduling hotels, transportation, substitutes for my job ARTFS cancelled on me 2 times out of 3 tries. They also cancelled extremely late so I couldn't even get a refund from the hotel. Not impressed whatsoever in their customer service either. After all of the aggravation and loss of money the company then credited the wrong account. To top it all off they even tried to argue the fact that they didn't credit the account wrongly. Not impressed at all with ARTFS!
