Please reconsider taking your clothes to this dry cleaner location. I had been going to this dry cleaner for quite some time, but it appears that management has changed here. New people behind the counter. I had a large order that I dropped off here and they lost a designer coat that I left to be dry cleaned. The coat is clearly stated as an incoming item on the invoice that they printed out for me, but they are denying that they lost it. They said they made a mistake in printing the item on the invoice (1 3/4 length coat). They never apologized for losing the coat or even offered a solution in trying to locate it. I gave a clear description of what the coat looks like. The man behind the counter became very aggressive and threatening to me saying that he has never seen a coat like that and kept rambling aggressively until I left the store.
