Although extremely expensive, my husband and I were very pleased with their service last year. It was like we were dealing with a different company this year!
First of all, their labor charge is outrageous, $90 per hour. Comparably, most (and our new) companies charge $65 per hour. If the service had been exemplary, we would have incurred the extra expense. However, they worked on our pool for three weeks, charged us over $1100, and it still was not swimmable. Our new service man had it up and running after one service. He charged us $310 for 2 men working four hours, chemicals, and a new chlorinator. When questioned, Aaron pools informed me that ""our pool was not the only one they worked on.""
Expensive, terrible service, and extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!
