Thank you Dave for a very comfortable, safe, and prompt ride to the airport. To be honest, I have had a really bad experience with other shuttle and taxi services in the past. I thought at first that you might have been like the rest of the companies ive delt with while trying to get to the airport from Tillamook. But I was really surprised and thankful to look out my front window early this morning and see your cab out side waiting for us to come out. You were 15 minutes early, and you got us there in a reasonable time for us to catch our flight out! Your cab smelt ""GREAT"" and it was clean. I was also surprised at the flat inexpensive rate you charged us. Normally in the past other companies were charging us over $300.00 one way. But I was shocked and happy to have paid the $190.00. Thank you Dave for a delightful ride. We work for a high tech company in Hillsboro. We will spread nothing but good comments about you and your service to our co workers! I did notice a few bad reviews on your ad, I don't know why those people made the comments they did, because what we recieved was totally outstanding!
Pros: Good customer service, English speaking live dispatcher, On time and comfortable, inexpensive service
Cons: Couldnt get their credit card mechine to work. But hey, we always carry cash when taking a taxi cab anyways!
