I don't understand what these other people are saying. I rented from Omnibus Group for 2 1/2 years and I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. The girls in the office were always very friendly and helpful and even when it came to breaking my lease, they helped me find a renter for my apartment! For the person below that says they were coming in to do stupid repairs like replacing the batteries in the smoke detector - you should be happy they even did that! I've rented from other companies and it was hard enough to get maintenance over to fix a leak! All in all I was happy with my experience - even though my apartment was kinda expensive, but that's to be expected in Boulder.
Pros: Friendly, helpful, quick maintenance
