Review content:
I've been there a few times and used different stylists to be fair and I'm not going back! I brought in a picture from 4 different angles on how I wanted my hair to be done; this was of photos of myself. 1st, was told that it looked like a style from the 80's; second asked if I really wanted my bangs cut that short?! (keep in mind that this was pictures of myself that I liked how my hair was). The stylist did my hair the way she thought it should be done instead of how I continued to request it be done. She kept saying, ""I really like it!"", I replied, ""I have to like it, too"" My comments were not even heard! This cost me $150.00 (not her money) Next, I tried another stylist there and was using a coupon; told her that I didn't want anything done to my hair that wasn't included in the coupon. When I went to pay, I was informed that it'd be $40 more because I had chosen a 2-stage hi'lighting instead of one color. I said, No, I was shown many different colors before we started, but that wasn't the understanding and re-told the clerk that I had stated that I didn't want any service that wasn't included in the coupon price! Furthermore, the stylist never put the dye close to the roots of my hair, and she told me to come back in 5 weeks for a re-do. At other salons, I generally go back in 8-10 wks. for retouch on roots and that's enough, but sure enough, after 5 weeks, my roots were showing which proves my point . Also, Diana is always multi-tasking and you don't ever feel like you have her attention and she is always talking to the reps. while doing your hair. Scary and tired of Her chit-chat constantly!
