Review content:
I came upon this place while wandering around the LES on a week night. To my surprise the overall experience was fantastic. The food was unique, polished, well-though out...and more importantly, delicious! I guess they call it...""ecclectic small-plates"" (as the waiter informed me)....My friend and I ordered about 4/5 plates...encompassing all different cuisines...(yet it somehow worked together to form an amazing meal). Definately try the Ruben empanadas, scallop ceviche, and the speck wrapped pear. Oh...and for dessert I had the (simply mind-blowing) honey custard with sea salt and flatbread crisps dusted with sugar. I think its the best dessert I have ever eaten....(and I love dessert). This is a great place to show off to your friends....its hip, unpretentious, and they have great food and wine. As a new yorker... you rarely just ""find"" hidden gems...(they are usually written about first).....Im telling you...hurry on over to Clinton Street....you will be pleasantly surprised.
Pros: Great food/Great Wine
