I had done a lot of looking around for a laser hair removal center. A Permanent Cosmetic Center has the lowest prices around and they are the nicest and most professional of all I called for information. They answered any questions I had without giving me a runaround and were very upfront about the cost right over the phone! Most places wanted to see me before they would give me any prices. Unbelievable!
Pros: upfront pricing, very affordable
Cons: had to wait a week for a consultation
